ลดน้ำหนักเบาลงกว่ารุ่นปกติ 30 kg ติดตั้งช่วงล่างแบบ Multimatic
849 Testarossa เป็นรุ่นแรกที่มีสีตัวถังใหม่ Rosso Fiammante และ Giallo Ambra
เครื่องยนต์ V8 ขนาด 4.0 ลิตร เทอร์โบคู่ ทำงานร่วมกับมอเตอร์ไฟฟ้า 3 ตัว กำลังสูงสุดทั้งระบบ 1,035 hp ระบบส่งกำลัง 8DCT ระบบขับเคลื่อน E-AWD
ติดตั้ง Battery ขนาด 7.45 kWh สามารถขับในโหมด EV ได้ระยะทาง 25 km
