SAIC-GM เปิดตัว Buick GL8 Century luxury MPV ทำตลาดที่ประเทศจีน มีคู่แข่งในกลุ่มอย่าง Lexus LM
โดยพัฒนาบนพื้นฐานเดียวกับ GL8 ที่เปิดตัวไปก่อนหน้านี้
งานออกแบบ ขยายฐานล้ออีก 102 mm. และปรับปรุงใหม่ทั้งภายนอกภายใน ดูสวยงามลงตัวมากทีเดียว
ทำตลาดในรุ่นย่อย 6 ที่นั่ง และ 4 ที่นั่ง
ในรุ่น 4 ที่นั่ง เพิ่มจอแสดงผลขนาด 32 นิ้ว ความละเอียด 4K
พร้อมระบบ OS รองรับ 5G สามารถเชื่อมต่อกับ Apple Carplay และ Android Auto
ใช้ชิปประมวลผล Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 ชุดลำโพง Bose
ขนาดตัวถังยาว 5,230 กว้าง 1,980 สูง 1,867 ฐานล้อ 3,130 mm.
เครื่องยนต์ที่ทำตลาดเป็นขนาด 4 สูบ 2.0 ลิตร เทอร์โบ mild hybrid กำลังสูงสุด 226 hp ระบบส่งกำลัง 9AT
ราคาจำหน่ายที่ประเทศจีน คิดเป็นเงินบาท เริ่มต้นที่ราว ๆ 2,747,000 - 3,576,000 บาท
